Understanding sensitisation is one of the most important aspect of recovery if you have chronic or persistent pain because improving from chronic pain is MANAGEMENT-orientated (not cure) and often involves CHANGES in the way you think and behave. So you really need to know what you’re dealing with!

The presentation below is aimed at patients, but we think most health professionals would find it very useful as well. We really hope that we’ve achieved a balance between too-little and too-much information.

The presentation is run by a programme called “Prezi”. You can navigate by the arrows or by shifting the “progress indicator” (kinda like the progress bar at Youtube videos).
